Pick up Services:

ShredStation Express is ShredStation’s residential and small business pick up service.  Customers can either call our toll free number 877-SHRED-XP (747-3397) or place an order Online and schedule a pick up.  There is no limit to the number of boxes ShredStation Express will pick up and we also destroy old computers and other office and home electronics including cell phones and PDAs.

Drop Off services:

In many areas throughout the country, ShredStation offers its customers the option to deliver their paper and electronics to one of our designated drop off facilities or destruction centers. Some places will accept paper only, but others will accept both paper and electronics. Use our service locator to see which services are available in your area.  

ShredStation Vaults are ShredStation’s patent-protected secure information deposit station. ShredStation Vaults are secure document disposal stations, similar in size and shape to a UPS or other express mail box, only instead of dropping something in to be mailed, consumers pay do have their envelope contents destroyed. Available in a variety of retail locations, Vaults allow customers to dispose of smaller amounts of materials and promotes a more regular document destruction routine. 

The Vaults are ideal for customers that would like to dispose of their sensitive mail, financial statements, and other smaller materials that leave people susceptible to identity theft.  Additionally, Vaults are a great way to avoid buying or using an often noisy and frustrating home shredder.

Shipping Services:

Ship to ShredStation is a service we designed to meet the needs of consumers and small businesses that wish to destroy documents by using the trusted shipping service of our partner, UPS. Customers can label their boxes on their own using our convenient website order form, or take their materials to any UPS retail location.  Materials are then shipped to a secure destruction facility –the same facilities responsible for destroying information for banks, credit card companies and government agencies.

Regardless of which service our customers use, all material is recycled to preserve the environment.
